Wind Power Basics, 7.5 HP
Wind Power Basic course will give you a basic understanding of wind power, how does wind power work, knowledge of wind resources, the permission and environmental impacts, as well as make an economic calculation.
To make it easier for students, we offer the course in two different languages and in several different study rates (quarter- half- or full-time). You can choose what suits you best!
All students are invited to course meetings and interesting study visits at least two times every year.
Since 1998, Gotland University has arranged courses on Wind Power (within Energy Technology) on a part-time distance learning basis and the first English course took place 2004. The main part of the courses is offered in Swedish.
