The net based course Basics of e-Commerce gives an overview and understanding of electronic commerce. E-commerce is defined as commercial transactions and processes between firms or other organizations. The course covers basic e-commerce business models and applications. E-commerce is dealt with from three major perspectives: business, technology and effects on society. The teaching language is Swedish, though English can be also be used for communication with the instructor and for course assignments.
