This course takes a closer look at issues of justice and social (in)equality in relation to the use of resources and sustainable development in an increasingly globalised world. The course has a interdisciplinary profile and critically explores concepts such as weak and strong sustainability, natural resources, planetary limits, globalization, uneven geographical development and social power relations.
